‼️No Returns‼️

You’re satisfaction is our policy. We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After the 24 hours ALL SALES ARE FINAL . Due to each nail being handmade we do not accept returns or make any exchanges (except in the case or products delivered in damaged state). If so, email richflexpress@gmail.com and include an picture of the damaged product and shipment packaging.

No Refund Policy

We will NOT issue any refund under the following circumstances. 

  • Invalid/ wrong information
  • Refused delivery or multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts
  • Refusal of package 
  • Unreachable contact number
  • Receiver moved to a new address
  • Buyer failed to take pictures of defective item(s) within 48 hours of receiving merchandise 

Returns Shipping Instructions(IF QUALIFIED)

Please email us for your return request, we will send you the return instructions. Please kindly note, we do not provide return labels.

To receive a full refund for your return order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will in no way disburse your return shipping cost in any situation. You must email tracking information, be sure to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you use non-tracking shipping service.
